Hi Ian,
As I said previously I am sending a few more pics of Pete-y and company now they have been groomed. We had Pete-y weighed the other day and he is up to 4.5 lbs which we thought was great. We are aiming for 5 lbs. as an ideal weight for him.
We have had him four months today and cannot imagine a time without him. He has fit right in and become part of the family so easily. He is friendly with everyone, even other dogs we encounter on our walks. He has started playing more now. The other day he had a small rawhide bone he was throwing, then chasing it and pouncing on it like a kitten. He is an absolute delight to watch when he plays. He has started to play ball as well but you have to fight to get him to give it up. He and Bella play tug of war with some of the toys as well, although he has not got a chance of winning against her. He is all heart though and does not give up.
I often think about what his life must have been like and am so thankful that we got the opportunity to adopt him. There are certainly no regrets here that he has become one of our family.
